Google Cloud Platform LogoGoogle Cloud is suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure and dedicated world-wide network that runs Google's consumer services like Gmail, YouTube, Google Search and Google Apps. Google Cloud provides infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS) and serverless computing. 

Many of the world's largest businesses favor Google Cloud for, among other things, its data analytics, machine learning, mapping and imaging tools. These same powerful and accessible tools make Google Cloud attractive to researchers, developers and teachers as well.

IU leverages the Internet2 NET+ Google Cloud contract. It includes discounts, benefits and additional support over purchasing Google Cloud services as an individual.
